Goals – A new practical approach – Indian NLP

Take a sheet of paper and a pen .

Write down what  are your goals ?

  1. A better Lifestyle
  2. Confidence
  3. Health and Fitness
  4. Financial Freedom
  5. Carrier advancement
  6. Relationships
  7. Quality of Life
  8. Others?

Think about you goal. Take a few minutes. Fix that goal on your mind.

If you have selected RELATIONSHIP as your goal.

Ask yourself :

  1. With Whom?
  2. What do you want to?
  3. Who all are involved?
  4. How much energy or time?
  5. Why is it important?
  6. When do you want to achieve?

Write down :

  1. My relationship goal is to SPENDING TIME  with my family.( Time Frame – Every day, Every week)
  2. The date I will reach the goal is _________________ ( Give a date example : Dec 29th, 2016). Be realistic.
  1. The obstacles of reaching my goals are :
    1. Work Pressure
    2. Stress
    3. Lack of Energy
    4. Distractions – TV, Facebook, Whatsapp
  2. The action steps I will take to reach my goal are :
    1. No work from.
    2. After work – every day engage in relaxation activities
    3. Do excersises or eat right food.
    4. Not to use social media or TV once at home
  3. I will review and track this goal –
    1. Weekly
    2. Every Sunday
